This page (the "Site") is the digital business card of Mike Morawski, real estate investor, speaker, coach and author. In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" refer to Mike Morawski. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the Site and how it is used.
The Site has no forms and does not ask you to create an account. When you tap a button to text, email or book a call, your own device or the booking service opens and you decide what to send. If you contact us, we receive the details you include, such as your name, phone number, email address and message, and we use them only to respond to you and continue the conversation you started.
The Add button downloads Mike's contact card to your device. It does not send any of your information to us.
The Site is hosted on Phonesites. Like most websites, the hosting platform may automatically record basic technical information when the page loads, such as your browser type, device type, approximate location based on IP address, the page you came from and the time of your visit. This information may be used in summary form to understand how many people view the Site and to keep it running properly. The platform may use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

When you play the video or follow one of these links, the third party collects information under its own privacy policy, not this one. We encourage you to review the policies of any site you visit. Any investment inquiry made through Resilience Equity is handled on its own website and governed by its own terms and disclosures.
The Text button only opens your phone's messaging app with Mike's number filled in. We do not send automated or marketing text messages through the Site. If you text us, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and you can ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying STOP or telling us directly.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us communicate with you or operate the Site, when you ask us to, or when required by law.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, email [email protected].
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
